We are Robert and Ginny Burroughs, who have enjoyed the hospitality of David and Rosie Whitelock as guests of the Inn at the Lake over the past 16 years. We could not bear the thought of this place being bought up by a big commercial operation, so we have chosen to invest our lives into carrying on their mission of providing warm and inviting hospitality to whomever walks through our doors. If you should decide to be our guest, we hope that you instantly recognize that
this place is special.
There really is no place like it...

Inn at the Lake
Come join us in the beautiful log lodge where much of the action takes place at the Inn. Regardless of the weather outside, this cavernous room is filled with the aroma of fresh coffee, the guitar or piano ringing out melodies, and the laughter of folks engaging in their stories, giggling, or playing board games.
You will experience one of the most spectacular views in the world while sitting in beautiful log furniture on the deck looking out over Lake San Cristobal at the Continental Divide skyline with peaks surpassing 13,000 feet.
