Artist Retreat: A Creative Escape in June
The summer season kicks off with the Artist Retreat from June 10 to June 14. Whether you are a local artist or traveling from afar, the retreat provides a unique opportunity to connect with fellow creatives, develop new skills, and find fresh inspiration.

Art with a View: Free Receptions and Gallery Exhibits
Throughout the summer, the Inn at the Lake hosts Art with a View receptions that are free and open to the public. These events offer a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy wine, charcuterie, and exceptional artwork.
June 10, 3–5 pm: Wine & Charcuterie Reception featuring guest artist Chris Alvarez and local artist Susan Farm-Heumann
July 16, 5–7 pm: Wine & Charcuterie Reception showcasing local artists Rebecca Romanowski, Dawn Freeland, and Texas artist Lori Day
The gallery remains open from June 3 through September 27, displaying a diverse collection of art available for purchase.

Brunch with a View: Sundays Filled with Flavor
Combine your love of art with delicious food at the Brunch with a View events. Chef Sarah DeCristino crafts special menus that complement the artistic ambiance of the Inn.
Dates: Sundays on June 21, July 12, and September 6
Seatings: 11:00 am and 12:30 pm

These ticketed events provide a perfect weekend outing where guests can savor creative dishes while enjoying live performances in a beautiful setting.

Sip & Paint with a View: Creative Classes to Unleash Your Inner Artist
For those who want to get hands-on, the Sip & Paint with a View classes offer a fun and relaxed way to create art. Led by veteran instructor Cheryl Bangle, these sessions provide step-by-step guidance in a welcoming environment.
Dates: Thursday, July 2 and Tuesday, August 25
Time: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Cost: $45 per person
Registration: Pre-registration required online, limited spaces available
Participants can enjoy a glass of wine while painting, making it a perfect way to unwind and explore artistic skills.

Sip & Burn with a View: A Unique Hat-Burning Experience
A special event this season is the Sip & Burn with a View class on September 16.
